Casadei shared his thoughts on his experience in an interview: "As a young footballer, I've had the chance to learn and grow. I've had many positive influences throughout my journey, helping me gain experience and learn a lot."
"I aim to continually improve myself, both on and off the pitch. I try to better myself every day. It's a journey where you're always learning."
Casadei views football as a passion, and prioritizes it above all else. He's made sacrifices for the sport, putting it first in his life.
When asked about his time in England, Casadei acknowledged the challenges he faced. Moving to a new country at 19 was difficult, as he had to adapt to a new language and culture. However, he believes it was a valuable experience that taught him a lot.
"It was a tough experience at times, but it helped me grow in many ways, both as a player and as a person. I learned a lot in the two to three years I was there."
